Turning Documentation Into Your Ally- January 2025

We’ve all been there: you finish your session, you sit down to write the note and you think to yourself “I don’t even know how to put this into words”. Plus, you have to make sure it’s “billable”.

This workshop will help you shift away from viewing clinical documentation as a burdensome administrative task and turn it into your greatest ally. You’ll receive and practice utilizing Dr.Grechko’s documentation “Buzz Words and Phrases” to best capture your clinical work. Come prepared with some of your wording challenges as Dr. Grechko will have an interactive segment called: “how do I say….”

You’ll learn how to provide concise and thorough documentation that supports the quality care you provide. This program will review fundamentals of documentation, the golden thread, medical necessity, and how to document clinical challenges and nuances that aren’t quite tangible. We’re diving into Dr. Grechko’s 10+ years of experience training and supporting clinicians in their documentation skills and preparing organizations for audits.
