I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the proud Founder of Grechko Training & Consulting.

I've been in the mental health field for almost 20 years (yes, you read that correctly) providing direct clinical care as well as supervision, consultation, and training for mental health professionals across disciplines. I’m a native Rhode Islander who ventured to the ‘big’ state of Connecticut to pursue my master’s and doctorate at The University of Hartford while completing my clinical training at Yale University School of Medicine departments of Psychiatry and Psychology. I am committed to providing training, supervision/consultation, and mentorship that embody a holistic approach and are supported by research in the field of psychology.

 

My training and public speaking style are well-known for being grounded in research, relatable, authentic, and accessible like we're just humans having a conversation. I am passionate about supporting mental health practitioners do the work they love while taking care of their professional and personal needs.

 

Outside of my professional role, you can find me outside with family, friends, and a strong cup of coffee (or chai when I’m feeling fancy!).
