About the event

Join Dr. Nancy Grechko as we break the cycle of perfectionism! Gain insight into the nuances of perfectionism, how it develops, and how it's connected to other mental health presentations. Engage in thoughtful discussions including case examples to deepen your understanding and develop practical strategies for therapeutic intervention. Led by our expert Dr. Nancy Grechko, this workshop provides a comprehensive overview of treating perfectionism and equips you with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate care to clients affected by unrelenting standards. This workshop focuses on acceptance, self-compassion, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to support clients struggling with perfectionism. This workshop is highly experiential where participants will complete in-session exercises and leave with tangible tools (and handouts!) to incorporate into their work. NASW/CT approved for 3 continuing education credits.
