Sexuality is one of the earliest and most enduring organizers of identity. Across the lifespan, experiences of safety, embodiment, attachment, and relational meaning shape how individuals come to understand themselves as sexual beings. When trauma occurs, whether in infancy, childhood, adolescence, early adulthood, or later in life, it leaves a developmentally specific imprint on identity, the body, the nervous system, and the capacity for intimacy. This training provides a comprehensive, developmentally grounded framework for understanding how trauma at different ages shapes sexual

selfhood, relational patterns, and adult functioning.
