About the event
From early career to seasoned clinicians, I often hear in my work- “I feel like such a fraud”. “I feel like everyone knows what they’re doing… except for me”. I totally understand the feeling. Imposter Syndrome is still something that creeps up for me even after over 15 years in the mental health field.
In this workshop, we’re going to take a closer look at imposter syndrome, reflect on how it shows up in our personal and professional lives (through an empirically validated questionnaire); and perhaps most importantly, answer the question: “Now what?”
We’re going to learn and practice tangible tools to manage the imposter syndrome when it comes up.
This workshop is approved by NASW/CT for three continuing education credits for LCSW (RI, MA, CT), LMSW, LMFT, LPC, and Licensed Psychologists.
