DBT: Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills, September 2023

This training allows for in depth learning and experiential practice of each skills module individually. Each training session will focus solely on one DBT skills module: Core Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness. No prior DBT training required. In this training we will focus on the Interpersonal Effectiveness skills- what they are and how to teach them to your clients. This workshop will be recorded so that you have access to the playback.
