We'll take a deeper dive into the impact of trauma on the brain and nervous system including lesser known parts of the brain, hormone reactions, and integration versus fragmentation. This workshop synthesizes material from world-renowned trauma experts including Dan Siegal, Bessel van der Kolk, Janina Fisher, Stephen Porges, and more!
